All appointments require a credit card on file when you book. There is an associated appointment booking fee for each type of appointment.
In addition to the booking fee, we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Brides who no-show to their appointment or cancel within 48 hours will be charged an additional $50 cancelation fee. This is because we have reserved a private dressing room + bridal stylist for you for 90 minutes. If something comes up, give us a call or you can cancel using the link in your confirmation email for the appointment.

When you find a gown you love, you’ll pay in full and take it home the same day, wahoo!
We are by appointment only and you’ll book right online. While booking, you’ll fill our your Pre-Appointment survey so that we can best prepare your stylist.
- Decide on your ‘decision makers’, aka the exact guests you’ll be bringing
- Narrow down your style and budget. Our gowns range from $1,500-$6,000, with a majority of our gowns starting at $1,500.
- Come with style-inspiration wishlist or send us your Pinterest.
You’ll arrive at your appointment, greeted by your personal stylist for the next 90 minutes, and its time to get the party started. YOU (bride) are the boss. We will support any decision you make in terms of picking what gowns you actually want to try on, and we will be completely respectful of your budget. We want you to feel absolutely beautiful and just like YOU. We see brides sizes 00-32 and BODY LOVE is our #1 priority. Our stylists are just like shopping with a girlfriend who knows a lot about bridal. No pushy or gimmicky sales tactics here.
-You can have ~4-5 gowns in your private dressing room at a time. We want you to be picky and only spend time trying on gowns you think could be THE ONE.
-Your stylist will make suggestions and describe for you required alterations as you go.
-90 min is the perfect amount of time to find THE DRESS.
Found it? Heck yeah! The purchasing portion of the appointment takes ~15 min. All sales are final, so we want you to be 150% positive this is your dress. Want to sleep on it? No problem, we can always schedule you for a Second Appointment (1 hour) to come back on another day.
-We will measure you Bust, Waist and Hips. Your stylist will then make a professional recommendation based on those measurements.
-Alterations are not included in the price of the gown. For standard alterations, we recommend budgeting $300-$400, and any customizations will increase the price.
-It is 50% down to place the order and the remaining balance is due when the gown finally arrives (typically 3-6 months for Standard Production + Shipping, we also may have rush options depending on the gown/designer).
-We offer a cash/check discount. To avoid the 2.6% fee for any card used (both debit or credit) you may pay with cash/check. YAY!

-We have partnered with a phenomenal Alterations Specialist, Patty’s M~O Designs. She meets you here at our shop for your fittings. She is amazing, so she books up fast.
-To book, call our shop 509-309-3239.
-Your alterations will not start until ~3 months before your wedding.
-Typically brides have 3-5 fittings in total, and more if you have customizations. Because of this, we strongly recommend you do your alterations locally.
-Our Honest in Ivory brides are not required to use our alterations services. We recommend you get them done close to your home due to the number of fittings you might have.
-It is 50% down to start alterations and the balance is due when your gown is complete
We will text you when your gown has arrived, YAY! You will then book your “Gown Pick Up Appointment” on our website, just like you booked your bridal appointment. You must do this within 7 business days of us contacting you that your gown has arrived. Special order gowns take 3-8 months to arrive, depending on the exact dress you purchase. Rush options may also be available.
-Your Pick Up Appointment is 30 min long.
-You can try the gown back on (finally!)
-We will help you pick out your accessories. This could be the veil, belt, hair piece, earrings, necklace, straps, anything! Special order accessories can take 1-3 months to arrive, and, we have some for immediate purchase in-stock as well.
-You’ll sign your Pick Up Slip and pay off any remaining balances
-Lastly, you take the gown home! WAHOO!
-Most likely, your final fitting for alterations will be this week.
-You can book your Complimentary Gown Steam the week of your wedding on our website too!
