Some brides dream about their wedding day for years — and for this bride, every single detail had been thoughtfully imagined long before it came to life. From the very beginning, she knew exactly what she wanted: mauve pink bridesmaids, the guys in navy, and a soft palette of ivory, sage, and white woven throughout the entire celebration — even down to the desserts.

With her fiancé's full support, that vision became a reality. Every vendor was carefully chosen after thoughtful research and in-person meetings to ensure they were the perfect personality fit. And it paid off — the day unfolded exactly as she had always pictured it.

The morning began bright and early with twelve girls getting ready together at her home — a joyful, slightly bustling start to a truly unforgettable day. Meanwhile, the guys arrived at the venue later to get ready for the celebrations ahead. One of the most emotional moments? Their first look — when her fiancé turned around and immediately cried.

The ceremony was heartfelt and uniquely personal. Their officiant beautifully told their love story — better than she could have imagined — and even surprised them with celebratory shots at the start of the ceremony. It was meaningful, emotional, and filled with laughter.

There were so many intentional touches woven throughout the day. As a longtime Taylor Swift fan, she incorporated subtle nods to her favorite artist. She dedicated her bouquet to her mom. The food was delicious, the desserts were as beautiful as they were tasty, and the dance floor stayed packed thanks to an incredible DJ.

And then came one of the most unforgettable highlights of the night — Butch T. Cougar, the Washington State University mascot, made a surprise appearance and danced with guests for hours. As a proud WSU alum and football fan, it was the one thing her husband absolutely had to have — and it did not disappoint.

Late-night tacos kept guests fueled, and their photographer and videographer captured the entire day beautifully—moments they now get to relive again and again.

Her biggest piece of advice for future brides?
Give yourself enough time to plan. When you allow yourself the space to truly think through what you want, everything can come together perfectly — just like it did for them.

What was the vision for your wedding?:

I have been dreaming about my wedding day for as long as I can remember. I had all of the details laid out in my head and knew exactly what I wanted. It was just a matter of making it happen. With my fiancé's support, everything turned out exactly as I wanted. My Pinterest board included bridesmaids in mauve pinks, the boys in navy, and neutral tones-- ivory, sage and white. All of the decor matched these color tones, including the desserts! I love Taylor Swift, so I incorporated some of her music and themes into our day. I chose vendors by researching their websites and meeting with them to make sure that they fit with my personality. I made all of the right choices because they all helped make my day PERFECT.

How did it go on the day-of?:

Everything went just as it should have. The girls all got ready at my house starting bright and early as there were 12 of us getting our hair and make-up done. The boys arrived at the venue to get ready a bit later. My fiance cried when he turned around for our first look. The bridesmaids and groomsmen had fun during photos. Our officiant was AMAZING-- he told our love story better than I could have even imagined. He even brought us shots to take at the beginning of the ceremony. The food was delicious and the dessert was tasty and beautiful. Butch T Cougar, the mascot for Washington State University, made an appearance and danced with our guests for a few hours. My husband is a WSU alumni and he LOVES WSU football. Butch was the only thing he had to have at our wedding. I dedicated my bouquet to my mom. The DJ truly brought the party with the tunes! We also had a taco truck for a late night snack for our guests. Our photographer and videographer captured all of the highlights tremendously and we cannot get enough of watching all of the videos and looking through all of the photos.

What is your #1 tip to future brides?:

Give yourself enough time to plan. Everything truly can be perfect, but you have to have the time to really process what you want and make sure that you can get those things incorporated and completed.
