What was the vision for your wedding?
Modern meets Classic—Emerald green, black, white, and gold. I knew my vision as soon as we decided on our venue! The Urban/lofty vibes with exposed brick paired well with our decor's white flowers and clean lines. I found an amazing wedding planner and got great recommendations through her for vendors! If you trust your wedding planner you can’t go wrong.
How did it go the day-of?
I spent the days leading up to my wedding making all my flower arrangements and bouquets with my mom and bridesmaid. It was such a fun time to bond together. Our day was perfect and everything went off without a hitch! It was a bright sunny September day. We partied with our friends and family. At the after party, I rode a mechanical bull in my wedding dress!
What is your #1 tip to future brides?
Don’t do anything that doesn’t feel like you! I feel like a lot of wedding activities are just for the photos. We skipped a cake cutting and bouquet/garter toss because they weren’t important to us. But opted for a private last dance at the end of the night to soak it all in.
