When Karlee envisioned her wedding day, she knew exactly the feeling she was after. Inspired by the natural surroundings of Quail Run Ranch — its deep greens, crisp whites, and rich blacks — she built a color palette that felt at home in the landscape and true to her own timeless style. From vendors discovered through Instagram to every carefully chosen detail, her day was a reflection of her personality and the love she shares with her husband.
The weather cooperated perfectly, and from start to finish, the day was wrapped in love. One of the smartest decisions Karlee and her husband made? Completing all family photos before the ceremony — right after their first look and private vows. It meant they could walk into the reception without a single logistics worry, ready to simply soak it all in.
Faith is the foundation of their marriage, and that was unmistakable throughout the ceremony. One of the most tender moments of the day came when the couple knelt together at the altar as their pastor prayed over them and their union. It was the kind of moment that brought the whole room to a hush.

What was the vision for your wedding?:
I loved the natural and classic green black and white colors of the venue and wanted our wedding colors to reflect that. I also wanted it to be romantic, classic and clean with a little bit of charm. I chose a lot of my vendors through Instagram!
How did it go on the day-of?:
It was amazing! The weather was perfect, and the whole days was full of so much love and happiness! We did all our family photos BEFORE the ceremony after our first look and private vows and that was one of the best decisions we made for the day! Our wedding was very faith based as our faith in Jesus is the foundation of our marriage. One of the sweetest moments was when my husband and I got on our knees at the altar as our pastor prayed over us and our marriage. I felt SO relieved after the ceremony and was ready to party and just have a great night. Dancing at the end of the night was a HUGE highlight as well.
What is your #1 tip to future brides?:
GET THE EVENT COORDINATOR!!! Our event coordinator Paige was absolutely amazing. She made sure the day went smoothly and ironed out any problems that arouse before they were even problems! Having her help us out made sure we were fully able to enjoy our day without any worries!
