The author's vision for their wedding was to have an outdoor wedding surrounded by nature with olive green as the primary color. They chose a beautiful venue that required minimal decor. On the day of the wedding, the weather was hazy and smoky, but it cleared up by the ceremony, and the reception was held in a pavilion during the rain, which made for great photos. The author's top tip for future brides is to appreciate other people's opinions but remember that it is their wedding, and they should do what they want to do.
Our real bride Krysta looked PHENOMENAL in our Faye gown by La Perle. This gown is made of a silky material so its as comfortable as it is beautiful. A flattering-sheath fit, cowl neckline, shoestring straps, and a low back complete this elegantly simple look.

What was the vision for your wedding?
We wanted a wedding out in nature with olive green as the main color. We wanted a beautiful venue so we didnt have to put much decor into it. We couldnt imagine a more beautiful venue than ours! We chose our most important vendors and focused on those and then let everything else fall into place.
How did it go the day-of?
We got married in Montana in August and it was really smokey! We arrived at the venue on Thursday and it was very hazy and you couldnt see much of the view. On Saturday, the day of the wedding, it cleared up and you could see mountains forever! It was so beautiful for the ceremony! We had our reception at the same place in a pavilion and it rained outside for the reception. It made for some great photos and amazing views!
What is your #1 tip to future brides?
Be thankful for and appreciate others opinions but it is your wedding so you can do what YOU want to do!
