The blog post is about a couple's wedding, where the bride describes the vision for her wedding as "super boho rustic vibes." She wanted to keep some traditional touches with a twist. The wedding was everything that the bride had imagined, and the couple had a flower man, shared their own vows, and danced to a live band. The bride recommends future brides hire professional DJs, put the wedding start time half an hour before the actual start time, buy a Polaroid, and have fun without worrying about the small stuff.
Deseree looked absolutely gorgeous in our Finn gown by All Who Wander. This is a beautiful A-line and the skirt is made of a luxurious silk chiffon. The bodice is covered in a lovely organic lace for a soft, bohemian look. The bodice features a plunging sweetheart neckline and an illusion neckline that gives the look of romantic, off-the-shoulder straps while still providing structure and support. A fun slit in the skirt adds the perfect hint of sexiness to this gorgeous gown.

What was the vision for your wedding?
We were going for super boho rustic vibes! I was not looking for something traditional but wanted to keep some touches the same, with a twist. It turned out exactly how I thought it would! I knew exactly how I wanted it to look and the vibe that I was going for. I had all of my bridesmaids in different colors and style of dresses and I opted out of the traditional veil and wore a boho hat instead!
How did it go the day-of?
Our wedding was everything I could have ever imagined. Trevor and I did not do a first look together, instead I did one with my dad and it was a really special moment we shared together. We also had a FLOWER MAN! Our best friend Max came down the aisle to Stroke Me and threw out flowers. We shared our own vows and then we had our girls (dogs) Meeko and Rauxie join us for photos. They are our world and it would not have felt right without them there. Our first dance was EVERYTHING, it was so us. We did not plan anything but we danced our hearts out and everyone thought we choreographed it. We had a live band that was amazing and the night could have went on forever... I wish it had.
What is your #1 tip to future brides?
There was so many things that could have gone "better" at our wedding. First we had a friend DJ for us, that was a mistake. I would recommend hiring a professional. On your invites, put the wedding start time at least a half hour before you are actually going to walk. This way you wont have people walking up during the ceremony. Also, BUY A POLAROID!!! Our whole wedding wedding the only photos we have (besides professional ones) are on our film polaroid and it is so special. Lastly, have so much fun. Do not sweat the small stuff (I know EVERYONE says this, but its true). The only thing that matters is if you are happy and in love with the person standing at the end of that aisle, so just enjoy the start of your forever.
