Welcome back to the Ivory Bride Blog, where we share stories about our real brides and their gorgeous weddings! In today's post, we are thrilled to share the beautiful, timeless wedding of our real bride, whose vision of simplicity and elegance came to life perfectly. With the help of trusted friends and connections, every detail was thoughtfully curated. On the big day, everything fell into place flawlessly—from a private first look and vows to a confetti-filled walk down the aisle. One of the most heartwarming touches? Her black lab, Khloe, who stole the show as the flower girl and even joined them for their first dance. This unforgettable celebration was filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments that made the day truly magical.

By our real bride, Danielle:

What was the vision for your wedding?

Timeless, simple, and elegant. I found most of my vendors through friends and connections. I was pretty specific with my ideas throughout the planning and when it was finally the big day, it came together and was perfect.

How did it go the day-of?

Our wedding was AMAZING! I would not have changed a thing and it was amazing to finally see it all come together after so much work. My dress fit perfectly and I can't thank you all at Honest in Ivory and Ms. Patty enough. We decided to do our first look and private vows together with no one else around. It was so special, authentic, and emotional. Our ceremony was short and traditional. The best part after saying I do and the kiss was walking down the aisle as everyone threw confetti hearts (shoutout Amazon) and dried flowers. Something we did during the reception to make sure we got a picture with EVERYONE as we went to each table and snapped a quick picture with whoever was there. The DJ gave us a time limit of one song and it was a success. We got our inspiration for this from TikTok and the trend is called "The Photo Dash". A very special thing we did on our day was include our black lab, Khloe. She was the flower girl during the ceremony and she joined us on the dance floor for our first dance. She roamed around the entire day and gave everyone love. She has been a huge part of our relationship and the day wouldn't have been the same without her. I will forever look back on our wedding and remember it as one of the very best days of my life. We sincerely thank every vendor, friend, and family member who helped make our wedding come together.

What is your #1 tip to future brides?

My tip would be, to take a breath before each significant part of your day! Breathe and focus on the current moment because the day goes by so fast and it was so nice to truly be present in each special moment.
