What was the vision for your styled shoot?
This was my very first styled shoot in Spokane and I was so excited to be working with so many amazing vendors. Since my goal is to be primarily a wedding photographer, the theme for this shoot was light, happy, and romantic. I was so excited to do the shoot at Liberty Lake park since I was born and raised by the ocean, so waterfront locations excite me.
How did it go the day-of?
The day of the shoot finally arrived after waiting anxiously for a month and I headed to pick up the florals from Sidewalk Flower. When we arrived at Liberty Lake I met Katie and Janelle from Nic Nac Nells and assisted in setting up their beautifully designed tablescape under a tree near the water. Soon after, Taylor, who had her hair and make up done so elegantly, and her husband Kaleb arrived on location and we commenced our shoot! The team was amazing and we all had a great time laughing and working as the sun disappeared, replaced by the most vibrant, pink and orange sky.
