Our Emma gown looked absolutely beautiful at this styled shoot by Erynn Brown Photography. This A-line gown has the softest, most romantic chiffon skirt. The bodice has a gorgeous floral lace with a plunging sweetheart neckline. Dainty straps fade into a low-back with a beautifully simple train. This dress was absolute magic for this desert shoot!
What was the vision for your styled shoot?
I wanted a bohemian styled shoot with lots of pops of warm colors in a desert-type scenery. Eastern Washington has so many gems location-wise so it made it easy to find the perfect spot. The Pallisades just outside of Ephrata is a beautiful canyon that gave off the desert elopement vibe that I was looking for!
How did it go the day-of?
The day went so smoothly! Maiah Young, our makeup artist for the shoot, did an amazing job with our model at the beginning of the day, all while sipping on mimosas and chatting with myself and the model. Then came time for the shoot. Myself, Ryann, and Gunnar drove out to the first location, Vantage, WA, later that afternoon. The wind was blowing a little bit, but it made for some dreamy photos. We then headed back into Ephrata and made our way to the pallisades, a beautiful canyon just west of Ephrata. And while the sun didn't shine right away, it managed to swing our way and gave the most gorgeous golden hour that I've seen this spring.
